Welding Table Eccentric Positioning Pad

How to Use & Maintenance？
- Select the matching fixture bolt according to your welding table hole size (D16 or D28), then pass the bolt through the center hole of the eccentric fixture pad and fasten it loosely onto the modular welding table.
- Place your workpiece against the contact face of the eccentric pad. Rotate the pad body clockwise or counterclockwise to achieve fine positional offset, adjusting until the workpiece reaches your required locating position.
- Once the workpiece alignment is confirmed, fully tighten the fixture bolt to lock the eccentric pad in place. Secure your workpiece with clamps and start your welding operation.
- After finishing the weld task, loosen the bolt slightly, rotate the pad to release workpiece pressure, then remove the finished part. You can re-adjust or reposition the pad for the next job without removing the bolt completely.
- Clean after every use: Remove weld spatter, metal shavings, dust and oil from the pad surface and central hole. A wire brush or industrial cleaner works well to avoid debris affecting rotation accuracy.
- Prevent rust: The nitrided hardened steel surface offers good wear resistance, but long-term exposure to moisture may cause corrosion. Wipe dry after use, apply a thin layer of anti-rust oil if storing for an extended period.
- Inspect regularly: Check the contact face for deep scratches, dents or deformation. If the flat surface is damaged, positioning accuracy will decline; replace the pad to guarantee welding tolerance.
- Avoid overloading: This pad is designed for workpiece locating support, not as a heavy load-bearing base. Do not use it to bear extreme impact or heavy pressing force beyond its rated capacity.
- Storage: Store in a dry tool cabinet, separate from sharp cutting tools to prevent surface gouges.
How to Use?
Tip: Do not apply excessive impact force on the pad during adjustment. Keep the contact surface clear of heavy weld spatter before each use for precise positioning.
