How to Select and Install Stainless Steel Split Lock Washers?

1. 1.Confirm the Fastener Size: Identify the bolt or screw diameter and the required washer dimensions.

2. 2.Select the Material: Choose SS304 (A2) for suitable general environments or SS316 (A4) where its enhanced corrosion resistance is required.

3. 3.Choose the Washer Type: Confirm whether the assembly requires the regular, heavy-duty, or light thin type.
