The BRW emulsion pump is a horizontal reciprocating plunger pump engineered as the core power source for underground coal mine hydraulic support systems. This mining emulsion pump delivers a stable supply of high-pressure water-based emulsion fluid, and is commonly configured as a complete emulsion pump station (two pumps and one tank, one working and one on standby) for continuous, non-stop mining operation. Each coal mine emulsion pump is fitted with both an unloading valve and a safety valve for dual overpressure protection, and the explosion-proof motor configuration fully meets hazardous underground gas safety standards.
